Movement of the Week /// The Yoga Sequence

Today on the <<>> BLOG <<>> I am sharing another one of my favorite movement variations to add into dynamic stretch for both myself as well as my clients!

The Yoga Sequence:

  1. Standing knee hug
  2. Figure four
  3. Runner’s lunge
  4. Runner’s lunge + quad stretch with thoracic rotation
  5. Runner’s Lunge with back leg straight + side twist
