I’m James the owner of Arkaios Crossfit and I wanted to share my experience with Nicole and her Gymnastics seminar. First off, she is absolutely AMAZING!!! and extremely professional. We coordinated the event via email. Her response time to my questions were quick, detailed, and didn’t leave me needing to ask more.
The day of the seminar she showed up early to meet with me, asked me any dos or don’ts of the gym, and set up before the athletes arrived. She is very easy to talk to and made sure she took the time to get to know our athletes before it started.
The seminar was so detailed, fun, and challenging. All of my athletes asked when she will be returning so we can pick different skills to learn. So I like to give the people what they want.
If you are looking for a gymnastics seminar you won’t find better than Nicole!!
