This week on the <<>> BLOG <<>> I am sharing a modification for the hollow rock, known as the tuck hollow rock! This movement is an amazing way to build absolute strength while developing muscle endurance, body awareness, motor control, coordination, and so much more!
Coaching tips:
- Keep your lumbar spine pressing firmly into the floor
- Tuck your tailbone
- Squeeze your glutes
- Tuck your knees into your chest
- Point your toes
- Aim to keep your upper back off the floor as high as possible
- Compress your ribs towards your hips
- Pull your belly button toward your spine
