This movement is incredibly effective for developing loads of strength and stability throughout your entire upper and trunk and can be easily modified as needed. I love this movement!
- Focus on holding a tight hollow position
- Maintain tension throughout your entire trunk, shoulder girdle, and posterior chain
- Aim to move as one piece
- Keep the rings parallel to one another
- Modify by walking your feet forward or elevating your hands on a box or bench
