This week on the <<>> BLOG <<>> I am sharing some coaching and training tips on the dumbbell rolling tricep extensionsThis movement is super effective for developing strength, stability, mobility throughout the triceps, lats, shoulder girdle, trunk, and beyond!

FOCUS:

Pin your shoulder blades together

Press your rear delts and entire upper back firmly into the bench

The dumbbells should be set in line with your sternum

Engage your entire lower half

Keep your elbows in and engage your lats

Lower the dumbbells to a 90′ angle at your elbows

Keep your 90′ angle while you lower the dumbbells past your head while opening your shoulder

Using your lats pull your elbows back through while maintaining the 90′ angle

Finish by straightening your elbow and returning to your start position
