This week on the BLOG I am sharing a few coaching and training tips on ring push up progressions! These are effective for developing a ton of strength, stability, and mobility throughout the entire shoulder girdle, triceps, chest, upper back, trunk, and more!
FOCUS:
Hold a tight hollow position
Maintain tension throughout the entire trunk, shoulder girdle, and posterior chain
Aim to move as one piece
Keep the rings parallel to one another
To modify walk the feet forward or elevate the hands on a box or bench
