 Behind the neck band pull aparts

 Bent over banded lat pulls

 Banded low rows

 Deficit HSPUs (eccentric portion only)

Add these into your warm up, shoulder prep, and/or superset these in with your primary and/or targeted accessories or also add them in as finishers.
