This week on the <<>> BLOG <<>> I am sharing some coaching and training tips on the elbows out triceps! This movement is super effective for developing strength in the triceps, shoulder girdle, and more!
Pin your shoulder blades together
Press your rear delts and entire upper back firmly into the bench
The dumbbells should be set in line with your sternum
Engage your entire lower half
Aim your elbows out
Lower the dumbbells to your sternum
Press the dumbbells back up maintaining the same vertical path as when they descended
Finish by straightening your elbow and returning to your start position
