I had so much fun teaming up with Rise Bar this weekend for some LIVE IGTV fitnessing fun!
This is a full body follow along workout with an emphasis on upper body + trunk strength and stability work. This workout can be performed anywhere with or without the equipment listed below as these items are great to have for this workout, but not necessary to participate. I will be giving modifications for each movement based on ability level and equipment access. Focus will be on proper form, posture, technique as top priority and then we can and will increase the intensity as long as good control throughout each movement is maintained.
Air Squat/ Jumping Squat
Hollow Body Flutter Kicks- Core/ Hip Flexor/ Quad
Hollow Rock Progression- Gymnastics Skill Work
Bear walks with straight arms, straight legs, blocking away from the floor using shoulder & scapula - Handstand Walk Progression & Dynamic Stretch

Hollow Body Position + Hollow Rocks & Progressions
Pike Ups/ Straddle Ups- Core/ Hip Flexor/ Quad Strength Work
Jump/ Drag/ Float Drill & Dynamic Stretch- Press Handstand Drill- Gymnastics Skill Work
