Minimal equipment is required to begin. Many of my clients train successfully at home with just a few basics like bodyweight, dumbbells, bands, or a small home setup. If you have a full gym, that’s great, too! Your program can be adapted to whatever you have access to on a consistent basis.

You’ll check in weekly through my app with metrics, feedback, and progress markers. I review every detail and update your training and nutrition based on how you’re responding. No generic programming here.
