This 12 week program will consist of (3) training days a week with constantly varied body weight and strength exercises for women who are looking to improve their upper body strength, get their first pull up or increase their current strict pull up max!

4 Week Strict Muscle Up- Supplemental Program

30 Day Home Fitness Program – Beginner

Receive a 3 day/week home fitness program + active recovery as well as rest days programmed in each week.

Receive up to 5 day/week home fitness program + active recovery as well as rest days programmed in each week. Beginner to intermediate fitness levels.

30 Day Home Fitness Program – Advanced

Receive up to 5 day/week home fitness program + active recovery as well as rest days programmed in each week. Intermediate to advanced fitness levels.

Strong & Lean (12 weeks – strength & conditioning)

This program design is derived from CrossFit Gymnastics, Opex Fitness, Westside Barbell (powerlifting), Waxman’s Gym (Olympic weightlifting), and US Olympic strength & conditioning training and coaching methodologies and is designed to continue to build strength, build your engine, increase lean body mass, and improve overall quality of life.
