Today on the blog I am sharing some tips on scaling for toes to bar plus a few coaching tips below for the toes to bar no matter what variation you do! Check out the full video HERE!
  1. Keep your shoulder girdle and lats active
  2. Pull your shoulders down and away from your ears
  3. Press through your palms to engage your lats
  4. Hold a strong hollow body position
  5. Compress your ribs towards your hips
  6. Squeeze your glutes
  7. Tuck your tailbone
  8. Straighten and engage your legs
  9. Point your feet
