These are just a few of my favorite movements to prep and pre-hab the shoulders!
- YWTs
- Tight Arch Snow Angels
- Behind the neck band pull aparts
- Bent over banded lat pulls
- Banded low rows
- Deficit HSPUs (eccentric portion only)
I love adding these into warm ups as shoulder prep, but you can also superset these in with your primary and/or targeted accessories as well as add them in as finishers!
Our shoulders do SO much for us every single day! Let’s make sure to do what we can to take good care of them so they will last as long as we are alive!
