Choose What You Enjoy

If you’re just starting out, pick activities you actually enjoy:

  • Dancing

  • Cycling

  • Yoga

  • Playing with your kids

When exercise feels fun, it’s easier to stay consistent.

Progress, Not Perfection

You don’t need to do it all perfectly. Moving your body regularly—even a little—is a powerful way to support both your physical and mental health.
